A major plus with their customer service is that you don't have to sift through to find a good straight pieces of wood. The service was fast and the guys even assisted with loading up the materials. Because of the service experience I did not mind spending a few more dollars. When possible I recommend visiting these guys as opposed to the big box retailers.
